Leasing Agents are an integral part of our team – and it is your time to shine at Maxus! Our leasing agents are the first faces that our residents and prospects see when they walk in the clubhouse.

Duties include, but are not limited to: Show and lease apartments! Take maintenance work orders, as needed. Prepare leases and renewals. Assist the management staff with anything they may need assistance with.

Education: High School diploma, GED or related experience and/or training. Experience in the Property Management industry is helpful, but not required.

Qualifications: Proficiency in reading, writing, critical thinking, problem-solving, and verbal communications. Familiarity with Fair Housing and commitment to abiding by all Fair Housing regulations.
