1. Very experienced exterior painter with great skills in brushing and spraying. Handle large extension ladders for tall two story homes. $17 hour to start.

2. Subcontractors who have all equipment and also excellent at wood rot replacement. Mostly Johnson County homes. Need project manager who works on site, has at least two skilled painters and can communicate effectively with homeowners on most concerns. Top pay.
