Handyman with remodel skills

LOCAL professional handyman company is looking for multi-skilled carpenter/handyman to do home repair and remodel work. This is a 1099 contracting position. Work and paid by the job. Paid weekly.

We do residential and light commercial repair, remodel, maintenance work in the St Charles county and nearby areas. Various sizes and type, from changing door locks to full remodels. If you are skilled in more areas, there are more jobs for you. (carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, flooring, tile, drywall, etc).

(Part time plumber, electrician who are looking for extra income are always welcome.)

You decide how many jobs you want to take on. Earnings depending on your skills and how much work you do. Requirements:

10+ years of hands-on field experience, can work start to finish with minimum or no supervision;

professional attitude, quality conscious, and a good work ethic;

own tools, ladders, work truck/van;

valid drivers license, and clean criminal background.
