siding/exterior carpenter/handyman - 1099 siding repairs by the job

Professional home repair/remodel company is looking for a skilled exterior carpenter who can take on some small exterior repair and maintenance jobs in St Charles and West county areas.

Typically a few pieces of siding, few shingles, some fascia/soffit repairs/wrapping, trim repairs around windows, doors, porch posts, columns, etc. Seasonal gutter clean, small gutter and down spout repair jobs, exterior vent repair and replacements, etc. If you can do deck and fence repairs, we have more jobs available!

1099 by the job. You set the rate, flexible schedule available. Part time to start. If you have more skills to take on more work, we keep our exterior guy busy year round.

Requirements:

10+ years of hands-on field experience, can work start to finish with minimum or no supervision;

professional attitude, quality conscious, attention to details, and a good work ethic;

own tools, ladders, work truck/van;

valid drivers license, and clean criminal background.
