Front desk receptionist
Duties include:
Taking responsibility for the day to day running of all operational areas.
Promoting a positive health and safety culture within the building.
Setting and achieving operational goals.
Answering wide-ranging questions from boarding and daycare questions, vaccine requirements along with dog product and food information and swiftly navigate between customers, phone, email and boarding software program.
Sorting, tagging, entering store inventory along with lifting dog food bags.
Previous experience in hospitality/managing necessary.
Handling and loving dogs of all sizes throughout the day.
Qualifications:
Professional personal appearance.
An outgoing, welcoming and energetic personality both in person and on phone.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Very fluent keyboard/typing skills and computer/search navigation.
Detail-oriented, highly organized and multi tasker.
Resourcefulness and reliability.
Conflict Management-Team Player
Looking for FT help and weekend availability a must. Please send resume and references to email and indicate what days and times of days you are available. Hours can range anywhere from 6:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., 7 days a week.
