Line Cook/ Saute Cook $18-$21 Hr + Tips | Truckee Tavern

Truckee Tavern and Grill’s core philosophy is sustainability. The rustic inspired cuisine features handmade pastas and wood fire cooking. Our menu changes regularly with seasonal ingredients and from scratch cooking.

Requirements/ Responsibilities

Truckee Tavern and Grill’s line cooks and prep cooks should satisfy the following criteria:

- Experience working in a professional kitchen

- A firm understanding of kitchen sanitation practices and health department standards

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to lift 50 lbs

- Must be able to work nights, holidays and weekends

Bonus: Prior experience working with wood fire cuisine and fresh doughs.
