Service Advisor

NH's largest power sports dealership, HK Powersports, is seeking a problem solving, take charge person that has excellent leadership and communication skills to join their service department as a Service Advisor at their Hooksett location. The qualified candidate will possess the ability to listen to customer concerns and convert them to instructions for technicians. Timely and complete follow through on questions, estimates, progress notifications, and project completion are imperative.

Responsibilities:

Greet customers promptly with a helpful attitude

Prepare a complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor and parts

Schedule service for both customer units as well as internal units

Communicate well with Technicians and work as a team

Qualifications:

Mechanical background

Ability to work in a fast paced environment

Powersports industry knowledge a plus

Excellent customer service skills
