THe Cabot Group is looking for energetic, anxious to learn, dependable and hard working indivduals to join their team this summper. If you are friendly, team oriented, committed to excellence and world-class service you found your home this summer! We are looking to fill the following positions:
Life Guards - Will be responsible for the safety of residents and guests that visit and swim at the community pool. In addition, responsibilities include; maintenance and upkeep of the pool, deck, pool house, etc. and chemical testing and reporting.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: Red Cross Certificates for the following: CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer, Lifeguard/First Aid Training
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
Valid NY State Drivers License with a clean driving record.
Seasonal Maintenance Technician - Responsible for assisting the maintenance staff with daily operations at the property in the areas of landscaping, carpentry, swimming pool maintenance, and painting as well as the performance of all routine and preventative maintenance required to maintain the physical integrity of the property.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT: 3 years experience in property maintenance, landscaping, carpentry, HVAC and general repairs.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS: Valid NY State Drivers License with a clean driving record.
