We are looking for a full time Journeyman flooring installer, with hardwood, laminate & LVP experience. This position requires the candidate to have enough previous experience in the trade in order to competently start and finish a project on their own. Whether or not you are working alone will depend on the day or size of the project.
Most of our work is residential remodel, with some new construction & small commercial. Most of the projects are in the Eugene/Springfield area, but occasionally there may be a need to travel out of town for a few days, with all expenses paid. At this time we do not offer benefits.
We are a small but growing company that attributes much of its success to taking pride in our work, and being respectful of others property and their concerns.
A drug screen will be required, as well as a clean driving record.
