Production Manager for Sonoma County Tree Service

TreePro Professional Tree Care has been doing business in Sonoma County for over 30 years. We are looking for a Production Manager to be responsible for managing all crew production and safety. This position will build in responsibility and duties over time.

Ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate knowledge in all aspects of tree care. This will be done by working with the crews on a daily basis at first and then taking on more of a supervisory role over time.

Must have a high level of climbing experience. Candidate must have or be able to obtain ISA Certified Arborist Certification within 6 months of hire. Applicant must have or be able to obtain a Class A CDL within 6 months of hire. This position will require other certifications as the position develops in time. Applicant must be able to coordinate and implement new procedures and polices at the direction of Operations Manager. This candidate must be organized and have good computer skills. Some Spanish is desirable. Applicant must be able to instruct crew members on tasks and maintain an efficient running operation. Good communication skills, and ability to interact with public, co-workers, and supervisors. This position will be assisted by the Operations Manager and Company Owner.
