Title: Epic Beaker Application AnalystDirect Hire/FTE OpportunityLocation: Sacramento, CA 95817 (Remote during COVID)Start Date: ASAPNo C2C/Corp-to-CorpMust be authorized to work in US without restriction or sponsorshipResponsibilities: Troubleshoot complex issues of broad scope with clinical software, hardware, operating systems, and/or clinical information systems. Identifies and coordinates service and support as necessary between clinical engineering, IT, networks, departments, and external vendors. Develops, collaborates, and implements new functionality. Performs or leads testing activities. Create new workflows and processes in collaboration with operational users. Conducts in-depth analysis and documentation of system specifications and identifies process changes as a result of system changes or implementation. Provide senior staff and management guidance and recommendations for improvements in quality, efficiency, and use of functionality. Functions as a liaison between vendors and leadership to develop project plans and guide activities for timely implementation. Designs and conducts user training in complex clinical information system workflows and processes, hardware and/or operating systems with broad scope. Create customer facing documents communicating new processes, workflows, and/or application functionality.
