Our client in Willow Grove, PA is looking for a Network Engineer to join their team. This is a permanent role by way of contract-to-hire with a growing organization. This position is starting remote due to COVID.

Position Description:
  • Network engineering and administration
  • Documentation and project management as a part of a large team
  • Support the network at several local sites including:
  • Install/support/maintain hardware and software infrastructure (routers, switches, wireless controllers, etc.)
  • LAN/MAN/WAN improvements
  • Troubleshoot complex network problems
  • Serve as point of escalation for junior team members
  • Network integration
  • On-call assistance for build and/or upgrade support.
  • Work alongside service providers, vendors, consultans
  • Utilize ServiceNow ticketing system to resolve network issues in a timely manner

Required Skills:
  • 3+ years hands-on Network Engineering in mid to large scale Enterprise environment
  • Routing Switching and applications over MAN/WAN
  • Protocols (Experience and knowledge of supporting a LAN/WAN/MAN environment, including switch, router, HSRP, EIGRP,BGP,IGP,OSPF)
  • Troubleshooting TCP\IP networks.
  • CISCO Routers, Switches, Load Balancers, IPS.
  • Authentication with TACACS and/or ISE -Radius
  • Installation, configuration and troubleshoot networks
  • Deploying new iOS configurations within Solar Winds
  • Advanced Cisco IOS and NXOS configurations/commands
  • Solar Winds to deploy new iOS configurations and day-to-day monitoring and troubleshooting of complex network issues.
  • Advanced knowledge of implementation and support of Cisco ISE, MPLS, VPN, EVPL, Meraki, Any connect, SD-WAN, and Community Connect, Velocloud
  • CPI and Cisco Wireless
