- Will work with the cross functional teams within client and the customer as we onboard new customers to Softeon WMS.
- The candidate will take the lead or work closely with the implementation team through the implementation.
- Direct work experience and knowledge of Softeon Warehouse Management System is mandatory
- Understanding of Third Party Logistics processes
- Understanding of Softeon WMS processes – Including Inbound, warehouse mgmt., pick/pack, and inventory mgmt. outbound processes.
- Reasonable understanding of standard database concepts and ability to write SQLs.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and critical analysis skills with the ability to tell the right story with information
- Bachelor's degree required OR equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
