Description SHIFT: Day JobSCHEDULE: Full-timeThe Innovation Team at Anthem is leading the reinvention of healthcare by identifying, incubating, and implementing valuable solutions to deliver impact at scale and improve the health of the over 40 million members Anthem serves. Our team within Anthem Digital, is closely affiliated with Anthem's Enterprise Strategy Group and engages with stakeholders at every level, internally and externally, to infuse innovative ideas, behaviors, processes, and products across the organization. As a Design MBA Intern at Anthem Innovation, you will engage at a strategic level but will also have exposure to the broad range of the Innovation portfolio and the opportunity to make significant contributions to impactful work. You will be working alongside our Innovation Leaders to deliver thoughtful, well-executed, and effective creative materials and design thinking artifacts. Responsibilities will be tailored to your skillset but may include some, or all, of leveraging design thinking, ideation facilitation, concept creation, creative brief presentation, visual design, user experience design, journey mapping.As a MBA Intern within Anthem Innovation, you will have a unique opportunity to make significant contributions to impactful, innovative projects helping to advance the health of humanity. You will also have an opportunity to engage at a strategic level and gain exposure to the activities within the Innovation portfolio. You will be working alongside our Innovation Leaders to catalyze portfolio level initiatives and participate in the development of solutions that span the entire enterprise. Responsibilities will be tailored to your skillset but may include some or all of ideation facilitation, solution design, business model creation, analytic models, primary market research, user experience design, technology architecture, and conducting qualitative and quantitative analyses These are full-time (up to 40 hour per week) internships during the Summer with a competitive hourly rate for someone who seeks to contribute to solutions that modernize and digitize healthcare for a Fortune 30 company. Responsibilities:

• 2+ years of experience in a relevant field in creative services, marketing, design, or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

• BA/BS 2+ years of experience (pre MBA) in a relevant field in driving program execution, product management or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
• Demonstrated results with progressively increasing responsibilities and proven ability to manage multiple tasks, projects, and work virtually.
• Genuine interest and excitement in applying innovative solutions to improving the health of humanity.
• High level of proficiency in MS Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams etc.
