- Automotive MES, JIT, Consulting, Warehouse
- Deep understanding of shop floor processes in an automotive supplier JIT/S (Just In Time/Sequencing) environment
- Subject matter expert on Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and their interaction with PLC based machine equipment
- General understanding of WMS (Warehouse Management) and ERP systems as they pertain to MES
- Should have experience in launching MES systems as part of vehicle launches
- Ability to Project Manage MES launches with focus on tracking timing, cost, quality, as well as providing updates to customers – both internal & external
- Translation of business requirements from value stream maps and traceability specifications to configuration and development of MES solution
- Experience working with cross functional teams across different cultures
- Assessing the Pisces landscape for HP business needs. Evaluating fitment of the various modules for WS & DS programs
- Architecture assessment
- Evaluation of Interfaces, Third party applications, middleware
- Share best practices
- Process improvement recommendations
- Technical recommendations – Immediate fixes to keep lights on, long term roadmap to stabilize the application
- Ability to communicate in local languages with respective teams
