Job Description
  • The Customer Program Manager will own coordination with multiple teams inside the organization (Product, Engineering, Procurement, Sales, Supply Chain), external partners (chipsets, Software companies, external labs), and multiple teams of our customers (Product, Engineering, Field ops).
  • The CPM will ensure the accuracy of customer requirements, tracking of priorities and deliveries, and proper management of escalations.
  • The CPD will produce advanced reporting tailored to multiple audiences.
  • The CPM will assist in creating impactful material for customer communication, technology roadmap presentations, and responses to RFP.
  • CPM will be in a close relationship with the commercial team in charge of customers, the internal engineering teams, and the procurement department as well as our different production centers.

Job Responsibilities
  • Delivery of maintenance releases or new feature releases for WiFi5 & WiFi6 CPEs according to priorities and timeline set with our customer (Sprint-based deliveries and hotfixes)
  • Proper tracking of JIRA tickets on daily basis with our customer and our engineering teams
  • Production of internal and external reporting on projects progress and escalations
  • 4+ years experience in a program management role with a specific focus around product or software development.
  • Previous experience in the Telecom/Broadband industry is an asset.
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role is a most excellent organizational skills and ability to manage innovative technology projects across multiple teams and time zones (US, Europe, Asia)
  • Excellent oral & written communication in English. Ability to present in front of a C-level audience
  • Familiarity with WiFi, Internet access technologies, Software development, Hardware development
  • Strong analytical skills and eagerness to learn new technologies.

Required Education Qualification:
  • Bachelor's or Master s degree in Computer Science, Computer or Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
