Front of the House TEAM MEMBERis theambassador of our eatery with a genuine hospitality demeanor and welcoming spirit to all our guests. She/he takes pride in themselves and workspace to engage and lead a successful shift amongst other team members with the same mission. Every task of the “day-to-day” operations is handled with precision, thoroughness, and awareness. She/he is knowledgeable about the product, location, and history as well as our events & off-site locations. Assists & develops a positive team environment, provides exceptional customer service, and maintains common & work areas with exceptional cleanliness for our guests.Qualifications:Solid ReferencesAmazing Customer Service SkillsBasic Math SkillsEnjoys HospitalityAlcohol Serve Safe Certified & Allergen Serve Safe CertifiedMust be able to lift at least 50 lbs. Must be at least 18 years of ageMain Accountabilities:In addition to following Tallulah’s policies and procedures, principal accountabilities include, but are not limited to:Maintaining a clean work space with excellent quality food and customer serviceMaintaining cleaning and sanitation standards within the workspace.Assisting with local marketing opportunitiesThe candidate must have acceptable verbal English language communication skills, Which includes interpersonal conversational sills.The position is consistently asked to make correct change, which demands that he/she Have basic math skills.The ability to adapt and follow instructions requires adequate comprehension skillsEssential to the job is the ability to move freely in and around obstacles common to this Position.
