Assistant Project Manager
We are seeking a candidate to join our team and assist with the daily activities involved in developing multiple subdivisions in the area. Job duties are varied but will include assisting with lead management and buyer communication as well as providing support with scheduling, correspondence and administrative tasks pertaining to build and development projects.
Things you’ll do:
Oversee variable aspects of projects and provide direct assistance to ensure timely project execution
Project file management
Assist with Email Support
Organize and track all project documents
Coordinate with partners, vendors, builder and buyers to organize project expectations
Coordinate meetings
Must have skills:
Proficiency ins all MS Office applications including Outlook, Excel, Word
Excellent communication skills with a variety of folks: buyers, staff, owners, inspectors and builders
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks
Ability to remain calm, focused, and effective under pressure
Strong leadership skills
