Catch Crew Member

FULL-TIME

$22.50/hr

As a Catch Crew Member, you will be responsible for the catching of all broilers in a safe, efficient, and effective manner. Responsible for maintaining positive working relationships within the live group members. Assisting in equipment maintenance and sanitation.

Essential duties:

- Works at various ranches located throughout the County of Sonoma.

- Will be assisting with the loading and unloading of the trucks and making sure all equipment is strapped down correctly.

- Adheres to all safety requirements including PPE (Personal Protective Equipment), preventing and reporting unsafe acts and conditions, Lockout-Tagout procedures and Process Safety Management related matters.

- Maintains a clean and safe working environment.

- Participates in company and department safety programs.

Environmental factors and physical requirements when in the work environment:

- May be exposed to noise ranges of 50 db to 110 db.

- May be exposed to temperatures ranging from 28-55 degrees Fahrenheit

Schedule

Shift start: 6:30PM or 8:00PM
Shift length: 8 - 9.5 hours
Monday - Friday

Qualifications
  • Must pass drug screen
  • Can lift 30 lbs
  • Must be at least 18+ years old
Prior experience operating farm equipment such as forklifts, tractors and trailers.

Bi-lingual (Spanish/English) preferred

Prior experience with Apollo Catching Machines and/or handling processes preferred
