Job SummaryThe Comcast Customer Experience Automation (CXAO) team is responsible for automated excellence through improvements to products and programming of customer experience products, like the Xfinity Assistant (a Virtual Assistant powered by AI) and aiQ platform. CXAO uses both detailed retrospective data analysis, prospective business requirements, and automated technologies to treat customer problems and scale the platforms that support them.Job DescriptionCore Responsibilities
- Work cross-functionally with the Product/Technology/Other Analytics groups in analyzing customer behaviors for XA and uncovering key, actionable insights about XA users
- Run statistical analysis/predictive models/customer segmentation based on past users' usage of Xfinity Assistant and user behaviors
- Apply scientific knowledge in ML to analyze and collect data, perform analyses, create hypotheses, design and implement solutions, as well as conduct experiments.
- Draw conclusions, provide consumer insight, and make recommendations based on strategic analytics to understand customer interactions and problems
- Design, implement and measure-controlled A/B experiments to determine the impact of new approaches
- Report and understand business performance in detail, and identify ideas for improvement
- 4+ years of practical work experience in Analytics with hands on experience in the field of Machine Learning, e.g., natural language processing, statistical learning theory to develop, analyze and deploy models and provide new business insights
- Bachelor's/Masters degree in computer science/mathematics/statistics/data science/engineering or equivalent experience preferred
- Experience handling terabyte size datasets, diving into data to discover hidden patterns, using data visualization tools (Tableau/Looker/AWS Quick Sight), writing SQL, and develop models
- Experience using modern data analysis tools (such as R, Python, Hive/Presto) required
- Proven expertise with data handling, processing, modeling, statistical, analytical and presentation skills
- Ability to think creatively and provide thoughtful, agile insights
- Ability to develop, maintain, automate, visualize, analyze, and communicate reporting to management
- Collaborates with both the analytic organization and its technology partners to define and publish sophisticated data products
