- Self-motivated Integration Specialist with experience gathering requirements and documenting new and existing integration applications.
- Work directly with clients to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and timeline.
- He or she will coordinate with other departments to ensure all aspects of each project are implemented correctly and tested.

- 4+ years of Customer Service Experience.
- 4+ years of Documenting Operational and Technical Requirements.
- Experience with creating Workflows and Charts in Visio or similar Applications.
- Has an understanding of Web Services, SQL Queries and XML/JSON Formatted Data.
- Experience with Explaining IT Applications to Technical and non-Technical Customers.
- Microsoft products and operating systems.
- Understanding of ATS Systems, HR Workflows and Background Check Knowledge.
- Ensure compliance for Background Check Standards and SDLC practices.
- Maintain web service integration projects and work directly with our client's HR/IT departments and vendors.
- Provide our Clients clear explanations and details on our integration process, workflows, and applications.
- Attend integration meetings to gather technical and operational requirements.
- Help test, QA, and troubleshoot our applications with our clients, vendors, and internal staff.
- Create training and process documents for clients and internal sales team.
- Help maintain knowledge base for integrations and development projects.
- Work closely with our IT development team on improving internal integration process and applications.
- Manage release notes and application notifications for the IT development team.
