Retina Vitreous Center is a busy Retina Medical clinic that is seeking strong Medical Assistants. Candidate must forward resume. Candidate must be able to work Monday-Friday depending on the week. NOT suitable for day time, on-campus, school going candidates.
REQUIREMENTS:
> Responsible for assisting in all intravitreal injections.
> Work-up and Room patient. Check vitals.
> Take patient medical history.
> Triage patient's phone calls.
> Schedule patients / Take referrals.
> Responsible for maintaining inventory control by maintaining accurate daily medicine count.
> Responsible for maintaining sterile eye instruments.
> Good communication skills.
> Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
> PAID TRAINING!
> NO WEEKENDS!
> High School Diploma or Equivalent.
> Phlebotomy certificate (preferred but not required).
