- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in agency IT recruiting is NEEDED
- Expertise in job boards such as Dice and CareerBuilder, Linked In, referrals, and e-mail campaigns.
- Expertise in using social media, career fairs, online job fairs, community network events, etc.
- Constantly prospect, identify, and interview new and existing candidates.
- Recruit top IT talents and serve as the main point of contact throughout the entire recruiting cycle.
- Conduct an assessment and determination of potential candidate's qualifications and background.
- Match qualified candidates to clients' requirements.
- Conduct interviews to evaluate candidates’ ability to work successfully for the Client.
- Conduct timely follow-up activities with candidates and clients to ensure their satisfaction.
- Negotiate the compensation package with candidates within the established budget.
- Other duties as assigned.
