4 Positions for Junior/Mid/Senior IT RecruitersWorking remotely is an option that we consider. BestNest is a well-established staffing company with 14+ years of experience. Our base is in the beautiful Southern California town of Los Angeles and we have a national reach. We are looking for people who are energized, committed, and well experienced in IT recruiting to join our team.Our client list includes Fortune 1000 companies, Tier 1 Vendors, and Niche Startup companies.The Recruiter works with Client/Account Managers as well as the Candidates to perform end-to-end recruitment process including finalizing project/Job requirements, sourcing the candidates, resume submission, interview coordination, negotiating the rates, and closure of the deals.

Experience
  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in agency IT recruiting is NEEDED
  • Expertise in job boards such as Dice and CareerBuilder, Linked In, referrals, and e-mail campaigns.
  • Expertise in using social media, career fairs, online job fairs, community network events, etc.

Responsibilities
  • Constantly prospect, identify, and interview new and existing candidates.
  • Recruit top IT talents and serve as the main point of contact throughout the entire recruiting cycle.
  • Conduct an assessment and determination of potential candidate's qualifications and background.
  • Match qualified candidates to clients' requirements.
  • Conduct interviews to evaluate candidates’ ability to work successfully for the Client.
  • Conduct timely follow-up activities with candidates and clients to ensure their satisfaction.
  • Negotiate the compensation package with candidates within the established budget.
  • Other duties as assigned.
