Job Title : FullStack Java Microservices DeveloperLocation : Detroit MI (Remote until post covid)Duration : 9-12 months contract Job Description:Need Sr Java Developer that has worked in a full Agile environment TDD, BDD, Full stack and cloud native.The manager needs a senior developer that are in a complete Agile environment have strong TDD, BDD API First development practices etc.Modern framework development using full stack- React/ Angular, Microservices, Cloud, Dockerization. Responsibilities (This is a hands-on development role)- Develop software in an Extreme Programming environment using Test drive development (TDD)- Design and develop services/microservices using API first approach- Learn and work on other tools in Content Services platform like Quadient Inspire & IBM Filenet- Provide accurate estimates for projects being undertaken- Create technical designs (Activity Diagrams/Sequence Diagrams, Class diagrams, API service specifications etc) by working closely with Technology and Business partners.- Performs root cause analysis, efficient production support and maintenance/enhancements for existing applications Qualifications- 10+ years of hands on development experience in building resilient and high-performance customer facing web applications using Java and J2EE frameworks- 5+ years in designing and developing microservices and event driven architecture- 5+ years in J2EE, Spring Framework, JMS, SOAP, REST web services- 5+ years in in DevOps, including CI/CD and test automation- 2+ years in design and development of Single Page Applications (SPA) using Angular or React- 3+ years in test automation tool like Selenium or Cypress and have solid Javascript skills- 2+ years in developing cloud-based applications AWS and Apigee highly desirable- BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent work experience- Excellent oral and written communication Tachyon's full-time employees receive complete and competitive benefits.
