• Hands on experience on project demands
• Should be capable in specifically writing code though he is senior resource as custom coding is involved
• 4-5 years on Salesforce Platform experience
• 1-2 on LWC(Lightning web components)

• "Must haves"- LWC, Redex, Javascript experience
• Consultant should be less functional and more technical
