Quality Digital Scientist In this Quality Digital Scientist position, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of the project ensuring compliance with company requirements. This includes the breadth of all pre-project activities from project mobilization and monitoring, budget adherence and scale up. This position requires a strong technical skills and interface with project stakeholders as needed to build relationships with the contracted parties and manage internal and external project coordination. • Provide full Project Management and coordinate timely project start
• Lead the Internal project kick-off
• Define deliverables and with the Project Technical Lead input and create the project plan.
• Proactively manage adherence to the plan, resolve issues and escalate where necessary.
• Acquire, cleanse, and prepare data for analysis.
• Maintain a close connection with external partners and support them in the resolution of issues that arise.
• Lead the project mobilization and network within RB and the relevant stakeholders to ensure timely availability of equipment, materials, data, and drive resolution of any special considerations.
• Manage Project budget control to ensure project adherence to budget and timeline. Manage invoicing, extension vs overrun and write, justify and drive approval of Change Order Requests
• Facilitate technical updates and deliver overall Project updates, weekly emails, and minutes. Organize visits where required
• Work collaboratively all stakeholders to ensure the processes are fit for purpose and meet the needs of the cross-functional

• Previous experience in food microbiology
• Previous experience in microbiome and/or next-generation sequencing
• Previous experience with data engineering, data analysis and data visualization
• Excellent analytical skills, with an ability to develop new and innovative solutions
• Demonstrated ability to act in a leadership capacity developing and implementing business / quality processes and strategies and coordinating the execution of a complex project in a fast paced environment
• Must have experience with quality tools such as: HACCP, Control Plans, FMEA, Root-Cause Analysis, Six Sigma, cross-functional problem-solving teams, etc.
