Job Description

Senior Technical Sales Specialist's primary responsibility is to provide proposals/quotes for customized projects, by focusing on in depth understanding of customer needs, formulating an effective analytical solution for it and further provide a quote with the statement of work.

Maintains direct contact with customers and help to understand and develop specific value proposals for target customers. Supports sales team by developing and maintaining positive customer relations with clients/customers, which can substantially affect service and/or product revenue(s). Focus of work may be in pre-sale and/or post-sales. Develop technical knowledge of broad range of analytical methods.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years previous sales or consulting experience in the CRO space.
  • Prior experience with extractable and leachableanalytical work is strongly desired
  • Excellent written communication skills.
  • Must be a proficient communicator and listener.
  • Strong analysis and judgment skills
  • Able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Able to work individually and as part of a team.
  • Needs to have excellent relationship-building skills.
  • Computer literate, high level of accuracy and detail oriented.
  • Must be able to handle multiple functions at the same time and maintain good organizational skills.
