Title: Data Analyst II/Sr Marketing Analyst

Position SummaryThe Data Analyst II / Sr Marketing Analyst is responsible for providing the Marketing organization with data driven insights that guide optimization and investment decisions. This role is responsible for working in a consultative fashion with various marketing groups, identifying critical business questions and developing supporting framework and analytics.The Data Analyst II / Sr Marketing Analyst will demonstrate familiarity with B2B customer analytics, integrating and presenting data and articulating data-driven recommendations that shape marketing strategies. A successful candidate will exhibit an innate curiosity, a positive attitude, and display the skills to elicit key requirements from stakeholders while actively listening to all parties.

Primary Responsibilities (Essential Functions)- Develop, own and maintain dashboards to help the marketing team makeimpactful decisions and understand the overall health of their initiatives- Show up as a strategic partner on all your projects and influence project goals andsuccess metrics- Collaborate with a team of marketing analysts, data engineers, and data scientists insupport of marketing strategy and decision-making across a wide range of marketingtactics- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and data engineering, driving efforts to build new data pipelines where necessary- Provide training, documentation and other assistance to support and expand the use of analytics and tools across the organization

Knowledge and Skill Requirements- Experience working with extremely large amounts of data and cloud data management- Highly proficient in SQL and Tableau (other data visualization software acceptable)- Ability to glean insights from data and the wherewithal to develop findings andrecommendations- Excellent written and oral communication skills- Ability to work independently while prioritizing multiple projects and tasks- Detail oriented with strong time management skills- Strong interpersonal skills- Marketing and B2B business model experience- Google Analytics experience nice to have- Experience with Salesforce and/or Eloqua nice to have

Experience- 5+ years of analytics experience- BS/BA degree in marketing, economics, finance, business or equivalent relatedexperience
