is currently seeking a QA Engineer.

Overview:The QA Engineer will be responsible for testing of Mater Data Management solution (Reltio platform). Proficiency with data analysis using SQL is required. The candidate must understand the end-to-end MDM process with experience using data profiling and data aquality tools.

Responsibilities:
  • Take ownership, work with data stewards and MDM technical team to develop test strategies and test cases
  • Identify processes and design automated solutions where necessary
  • Prepare test reports and log defects.
  • Work with the engineering and business teams to isolate and verify product defects.
  • Manage product release and bug lifecycles.
  • Proactively look for potential problem areas and take action to reduce or eliminate them
  • Be part of diverse, high energy teams focused on full life cycle deployment
  • Perform other related duties as required and assigned
  • Good team player, who pays attention to details
  • Demonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization's desired culture and values

Qualifications:
  • Experience writing complex SQL queries
  • Moderate experience with one of the following languages - Python, Java
  • Experience writing and executing detailed test cases, test plans and test design documents
  • Experience with test automation
  • Experience with REST API, and JSON
  • Good to have experience using Snowflake
  • Highly proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Experience using data driven testing to validate results
  • Financial Services and, if possible, mortgage industry experience preferred
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to conceptualize solutions
  • Knowledge of Agile Methodologies and Scrum is helpful
  • Good team player, who pays attention to details
  • Excellent critical thinking, problem solving and analytical skills
  • Strong business acumen and ability to interface with executive management
