- Receiving orders from sales, inputting them into the system and then seeing the orders through to completion.
- May act as liaison between the company’s authorized selling partners and internal teams.
- Must have the ability to manage high volume, great customer service skills and a team player.
- Experience working on a call center environment
- Good communication, is self-motivated
- Has experience with data entry, has proven success in multi-tasking capabilities and has attention to detail.
- Prefers telecom background, however, this is not a hard requirement. Must be flexible in working hours.
