- Over 8-15 years of IT experience with a minimum 5 years of professional experience with the Salesforce eco-system.
- At least 3 project implementations that exploit the full capabilities (discover, design, implement and optimize) of the Salesforce platform.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Telephony, Chat, Mobile, Web, Social as customer service channels.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce infrastructure, security, and related cloud technologies
- Extensive development experience with Salesforce development technologies; security, process builder, flow, workflow, APEX, VisualForce, Lightning, Community, Workflows, Triggers, API, SOSL, SOQL, REST, App builder.
- Strong implementation skills on Apex Programing, Batch Apex, Apex Triggers, Apex Schedulers, Asynchronous Apex processes
- Integration skills using Apex Callouts, SOAP, REST APIs, Metadata Api
- Strong Understanding on security and sharing on Communities.
- Must Have LWC hands-on experience.
- Integration experience using both Web based technologies (Soap, Rest) and Integration/Middleware tools such as Informatica, Jitterbit and MuleSoft
- Good understanding of Salesforce security model, Profiles, Permission sets, Sharing rules, Org wide defaults etc.
- Well Versed with advanced concepts like CDC/Platform events, Data Skewing, SOQL Injections, etc.
- Well Versed with Best Practices, Code Reviews, etc.
