Sr. Postgre/Oracle developer

JOB TITLE:Sr. Postgre/Oracle developerJOB DUTIES:This position involves developing procedures/sql packagas for Fraud applications. This also involves writing codes for business requirement on various projects and unit testing the funcationlaties. As we are in the process of AWS migration, this person will also be doing oracle to postgres migration related work. DB developerTechnical Requirements:Required Skills:• 6+ years of development experience with PL/SQL and SQLPlus• 6+ years of experience building custom applications, PL/SQL packages/procedures and interface, integration development.• Strong knowledge of system development life cycle processes• Strong knowledge of Oracle 11g/12c database concepts• Strong knowledge of PL/SQL programming• Strong knowledge of SQL performance tuning to develop tuned, scalable code• Strong knowledge in Aurora-Postgre 9.6+• Strong knowledge in Postgre pgsql• Strong knowledge in query tuning in oracle and postgre• Some experience with AWS is requiredOptional Skills:• Unix shell scripting using Python• Experience with migration of Oracle to Postgre will be plus• Strong Experience with AWS platform and Aurora db experience will be plus• Experience with Dbfit testing tool• Experience with DMS/Aurora-postgre data migration tool will be plusEDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS:Bachelor Degree in Computer science or equivalent.
