Help Desk Analyst I

Description We are looking for a contract Help Desk specialist in the Marshall, MI area. This is an onsite role and some travel around the SW Michigan area may be required. Typical job duties include but are not limited to the following:• Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots and repairs computer systems, hardware and computer peripherals.• Documents, maintains, upgrades or replaces hardware and software systems.• Experience with Help Desk & IT Ticketing Systems• Computer Skills: Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Applications, Windows Operating Systems, Active Directory account maintenance, and VPN. Requirements Ideal candidates will possess a combination of the following qualifications:• Familiar with standard concepts, practices and procedures within the information technology field.• Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.• Ability to multi-task.• Works under general supervision; typically reports to an IT lead or manager.• A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.
