- Coordinate with the implementation partner functional consultants as well as key-users and ensure data migration plan and deliverables are ready and met on time
- Design the data migration strategy supported by the internal SAP Core team and SAP L2 team (the data migration strategy would reflect the objects to be migrated, the approach for data cleansing and enriching, the tools, etc)
- Track progress for each deliverables, highlight issues and risk pertaining to data migration
