Technical Writer

Description We are looking for a contract Tech Writer for our manufacturing client located south of Grand Rapids, MI. This is a contract role with an undetermined end date and will be onsite. Typical job duties include but are not limited to the following:-Create and update end-user instruction and service manuals-Communicate with Engineering and Customer Support departments-Make any suggested changes to manuals to reflect product changes-Provide updated materials to customer support department to ensure end-user satisfaction-Proof read all materials prior to printThis role is high-volume with 20-30 manual updates/creation per month on average. 99% of all writing is updating existing manuals. There is no print or pictures. My client is looking to move very quickly.
