In this customer servicerole, you will quickly identify the needs of our prospective residents to help them find the perfect apartment home.You will develop long-lasting relationships with our current residents and provide them with exceptional customer service

Qualifications

Our ideal Occupancy Specialist:

• 1-2 years in low-incomeexperience in a multi-family enviroment.
• Section 8 experience preferred, LIHTC experience considered
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Yardi HAP Illinois voucher program is ideal.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must.
• The ability to work weekends is necessary.
• An undergraduate degree is strongly preferred.
