Role and ResponsibilitiesThis position will be responsible for designing solutions, driving maturity, building integrations, and ensuring platform health of our existing ServiceNow GRC environment. This role will work collaboratively with key stakeholders and partners to ensure that the solution is fit for purpose, stable, secure, and follows the overall roadmap for the platform. The ideal candidate is an experienced ServiceNow software developer with firsthand technical expertise across the ServiceNow Platform, specifically including the GRC (Audit, Policy & Compliance, Risk Management, and Vendor Management).Other responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Working with Stakeholders to gathering user requirement
  • Developing/configuring solutions
  • Coordinate and manage system/user acceptance testing
  • Assist in the development of service catalog workflows
  • Organize and support Data certification
  • Work with the ServiceNow platform team to plan and prepare platform upgrades
  • Stays abreast of emerging technologies and trends in ServiceNow
  • Oversee and assist with ServiceNow administration and operations activities, including resolving incidents, problems and user requests.
  • Build automation, integrations or other capabilities to ensure efficient processes and solutions.Work Experience and Qualifications:
  • ServiceNow development and/or admin experience.
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in an IT related field or equivalent experience
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (strongly preferred)
  • Familiar with standard software development concepts, practices, and procedures including code management, quality gates, and SDLC documentation
  • Strong customer service, project management, and quality control skills
  • Knowledge of ITIL disciplines
  • ServiceNow Administration/Developer experience
  • Solid understanding of the ServiceNow platform and other modules (i.e. ITSM, ITBM, ITOM…)
  • Basic understanding of Risk Management and Cyber Security processes
  • Strong interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication
  • Must thrive at working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment while collaborating with remote teams
  • Detail-oriented, flexible with the ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Strong analytical, estimating, and problem-solving skills; takes a logical, analytical approach to problem-solving and pays close attention to detail
  • Ability to present technical information in a way that non-technical management and staff will understand
  • Understanding of working in regulated environments such as SOX, GDPR, or CCPA
