RR Business Ventures, LLC is a small but growing company focused on a very high-quality customer service experience. This position will include mostly email and phone communication with customers along with some warehouse duties.

It's handy, but not required, to have at least 1 year of customer service experience and be familiar with the basics of Outlook, Word, and QuickBooks.

You must be highly organized, dependable, reliable, and able to handle multiple tasks. You will need to be able to thrive in an environment with little supervision.

You will also have to the ability to lift 25+ lbs.

In this job you will mainly be in your own private windowed office. A mask is required when you go to see someone else but not when you are alone in your office. Regular handwashing is encouraged and sometimes required. Health is important to us!
