Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, related degree (Master’s preferred) or equivalent years of experience.
Minimum of 5+ years of senior level product support experience providing technical application and database support for client-facing solutions and services, preferably in a SaaS/Cloud technology environment.Demonstrated experience working withing the Ruby on Rails application development framework (REQUIRED)Strong detail-oriented approach to troubleshooting and documentation with ability to leverage existing documentation, along with your skills & experience to troubleshoot technical issues and escalate appropriately.Exposure to the healthcare IT, population health management, and EMR industries are strongly preferred, with the ability to learn about highly regulated data formats, such as HIPAA, EDI, x12, etc.Strong understanding and development experience for SOAP and REST web services, and web application support in major supported languages (JAVA, ASP/.NET).Strong knowledge of middleware environments and support (i.e. Active MQ, Wildfly, Tomcat)Comfortable navigating within a software-based technology enterprise organization to resolve technical challenges and solve business needs.Proven expertise writing, reading and modifying database queries and application code.Demonstrated experience with CRM/ticketing systems such as Jira, Salesforce, ServiceNow, etc.Understanding of Agile methodology and Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). Experience working with AWS Cloud Services, Git and Rundeck – runbook automation for incident management, business continuity and self-service operations.Vacancy expired!
