Part Time Contract IT Support Technician

Part Time In-House/On-Site Position - Mon-Fri, Days.

Successful candidates will work at sites all around Metro Detroit.

MINIMUM THREE YEARS FIELD EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Candidate must be experienced and fluent in the following areas:

Windows PCs:

1) Setup and installation of Windows PCs (Windows 10).

2) Installation of computer peripherals.

3) Diagnosis and repair of computer systems (hardware).

4) Diagnosis and repair of Malware and Virus problems.

Windows Servers:

1) Basic user administration in Windows Domains.

2) Windows Active Directory proficiency is a MUST.

3) Server and Domain Group Policy Management.

Networking:

1) Installation and administration of wireless devices (APs / Unifi).

2) Installation and administration of Routers and Firewalls.

3) Installation of and proficient at Ethernet cabling and termination.

4) TCP/IP

5) Printer setup and configuration.

Printers:

1) Print quality troubleshooting.

2) Fuser replacement.

3) Maintenance kit installation.

4) Printer driver installation and troubleshooting.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour
