Located on the beautiful north shore of Lake Tahoe, the Incline Village General Improvement District (IVGID) is a quasi-municipality providing recreation (golf/ski/tennis/beaches/parks/recreation) and utility (water, sewer, trash) services for Incline Village and Crystal Bay, Nevada. Schedule/Rate:

Mid-March through mid-June working 3 days/week (within 8a to 5p timeframe). Tuesday – Thursday preferred. Weekly hours may vary based on business needs.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Input employment data into HRIS systems, in a timely and accurate manner.

Verifies and updates missing data.

Maintains confidentiality of sensitive information.

Performs related projects as assigned.

Skills/Abilities:

Exceptional and accurate data entry skills.

Very good verbal and written communication skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office or related software.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to keep information confidential.

Ability to work independently and in team.

Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.

Ability to deal with changing circumstances in a positive manner.

Familiarity with Human Resources/Payroll is a plus, but not required.

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) equivalent.

Prior data entry and administrative experience.

Working knowledge of general office operations.

Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Regular use of hands to finger, handle or feel; and talk or hear.

Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds at times.

Specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision and able to adjust focus.
