Chrysalis is a direct care provider for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Job duties include but are not limited to: supervising individuals, teaching new skills, and helping with day to day activities.

Here are some of the general requirements for the position:

1. Must be at least 18 years and have a high school diploma

2. Must pass a pre-employment drug test and background check

3. Be able to complete a week of training (20-30 hours between the hours of 9am to 5pm)

Our starting wage is $11.00 per hour
