They ll need to stay on top of these tickets as well. They ll mainly be answering phones, getting information, and then created a ticket in our system which is really easy, and we can train them to do. Hours: Mon- Friday 8am - 5pm (40 hours per week)Daily Responsibilities: Answer all incoming calls for the front-desk Responding to incoming emails Trained on assisting users with resetting passwords, logging ticketsREQUIRED EXPERIENCE: This role is 100% onsite in San Juan Capistrano 1+ year's of experience as a Receptionist, able to manage multiple tasks, answering/resolving customer request via the phone and handling day to day administration MUST be PC savvy, using MS Office suite; Word, Excel, & Outlook. Excellent written, communication and customer service skills Savvy using web search engines Quick learner, loves technology and working with people over the phone.
