Site Reliability Engineer- Remote

100% Remote- Site Reliability Engineer Role Volt's Client is Seeking a Site Reliability Engineer, this role is 100% remote and can be based out of anywhere in the United States. Job Description Develops, maintains, and optimizes the software development and deployment environments. Responsible for infrastructure, build, integration, and software deployment process. This role will be accountable for planning and executing best practices throughout the Software Engineering organization.We have two openings supporting a large critical to business project, these roles will start as a 12 month contract but have the potential to move into an FTE position. Top Skills we are looking for-

• Strong cloud experience is the number 1 skill we need- Supporting AWS is fairly new for our customer.
• The ability to collaborate closely with devs and other engineers on the team is a close second. We need someone that has the ability to coach, learn, document, communicate well with various levels of the organization, etc
• The final main skillset we are looking for is around automation, monitoring, focusing on best practices that currently exist in the SRE/DevOps Role- Experience with Azure DevOps, Terraform, Elastic as a tool, etc

• Experience in Enterprise environments is desired
• AWS knowledge and training/support
• ADO pipeline support
• Security knowledge and support/guidance from a global perspective
• Monitoring, logging, alerting support and adherence to our best practices
• Minimal on-call support as needed
• Experience with offshore teams is nice to have but not required.
