Very busy court reporting firm in OKC Midtown is looking to fill the position of Scheduling Coordinator.
This position requires at least 4 years of scheduling and administrative assistance experience. A high degree of excellent organizational and communication skills is also required. Candidate must have a clean professional appearance and a pleasant demeanor. Duties include, but are not limited to, strong and relative experience working with Microsoft Windows computers and Microsoft Office products. Strong knowledge and skills experienced in performing general office duties such as printing, copying, scanning, phone, email, and electronic filing/archiving. Well-qualified candidates will have experience and strong skills at multitasking as position requires.
