Has excellent phone skills and customer service

Is a motivated, self-starter

Can easily explain anything to anyone

Has intermediate computer skills (Google Suite and industry specific software)

Job duties include but not limited to:

Swiftly answer inbound calls

Outbound calls to follow up on customer requests

Schedule services for new and existing customers

Assist Technicians as needed

Demonstrate 5 star customer service with every interaction

Calmly resolves and de-escalates any customer issues

Escalate calls to supervisor as needed

Maintain and update customer information as necessary
