Job Description: In-home care for special needs resident. Seven, 7-hour swing shifts (4pm to 11pm) and four, 6-hour shifts (10am to 4pm) currently available. At least one weekend shift per week is required. Seeking the best professionals for the position.
Responsibilities
Transferring to and from armchair, toilet, and bed; meal prep; pill reminders; companion care; exercise; pet care; housecleaning; dressing; personal hygiene; showering; toileting assistance.
Qualifications
Must live within 20 miles of Salt Lake City limits and have own vehicle to be driven to and from work. Prior training, licensure and/or experience required. Good communication skills are required. No smokers or vapers.
There is a minimum height and weight requirement due to potential for patient falling: 5'3", 140 lbs.
Additional Information
Prior flu vaccine and subsequent COVID vaccine are required. Must wear scrubs to work.
