Desktop Support Technician

Description:Our Client is looking to bring in a computer savvy consultant May- August (or April-August if they have Imaging experience) to deploy almost 400 computers to both their Charlotte, MI and Bristol, IN sites. This person will physical go to the computers at both sites to set them up (download old info, set up new, get them set up in One Drive, Teams, etc). Preferably someone who lives closer to one of the sites (and will consider this their main site) and will receive travel mileage (standard US) to visit the other site. This person will need some experience and should be a kind person who is good at working with others.Skills:Infrastructure, imaging, deployment, onedrive, microsoft teams, customer service oriented, Desktop SupportTop Skills Details:1. Customer Service. Very friendly. Being able to really teach and explain to the end users! 2. Ability to deploy computers (experience setting up Onedrive, Microsoft Teams)3. Imaging experience (this would be highly preferred and would allow the consultant to start earlier to help with the preparation to deploy the computers)Additional Skills & Qualifications:Computer savvy- overall ability to troubleshoot onsite. They are also looking to improve their image with the end users through this process.
