We are looking for a candidate who has HR Experience and the desire to join an outstanding team that offers the opportunity to grow.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

To provide support in the operations of the HR

To perform a variety of general office and departmental duties.

To maintain and update a variety of records and files related to HR

To enter data into the employment records computer systems, print reports, and verify the accuracy of data as necessary.

To understand and provide support of company HR

To compile information, prepare and process a wide variety of personnel action forms containing confidential and sensitive information.

To maintain strict confidentiality in all areas of responsibility.

To coordinate with the Company's Worker's Compensation insurance carriers.

To communicate and work with our medical clinics regarding employment and workers compensation matters.

To perform special duties and assignments related to HR and operations, prepare mailings and policy updates, employment packets, coordinate participants in specialized on-going training programs, and research required information.

To prepare a variety of documents/materials including letters, correspondence, memos, emails, reports, determinations, and/or public notices upon the request of HR manager.

To receive calls and visitors on behalf of the HR Manager and maintain a calendar of scheduled appointments.

To perform all other related duties necessary for the functioning of the HR

HAVE THE ABILITY TO:

Learn, in a timely manner, the activities, operations, procedures and policies of the HR

Perform administrative support work with speed and accuracy.

Accurately enter/type information into the company computer system.

Understand and follow the oral and written instructions of the HR Manager and supervisory staff

Organize and maintain a variety of records and files and prepare required reports.

Effectively and tactfully communicate in both oral and written form.

Establish and maintain effective work relationships with HR department colleagues and other Company employees.

Work effectively with employees of outside agencies and companies involved in HR

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :

High school diploma or GED.

2 years college education preferred

2-4 years working in an office environment, preferably in HR

The ability to type 60 wpm accurately

Have a working knowledge of computers. Be proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, Adobe Acrobat

Have a working knowledge of other office related equipment/machines

Bi-lingual a plus (not required)
