Small family-owned trucking and logistics company looking for a CDL driver with at least 2 years’ experience and a clean MVR who can also pass a mandated pre-employment drug screen. We offer competitive pay and are currently offering regional short-line runs, often with turnarounds, between southern California - Phoenix, AZ and/or Las Vegas, NV. We will also have occasional runs between southern and northern California, and local runs in southern California.
Our tractors are well maintained, you will have a dedicated tractor, and we offer both a manual 10-speed and automatic transmission vehicles. In certain circumstances, you may be able to park the tractor in a secure location closer to your residence.
We are looking for someone who is trustworthy, responsible, reliable, and able to work independently. You will have a regular schedule with 2 days off per week and the option to work overtime. You must also be able to work nights and weekends. (your schedule may include a weekend day/night off)
We are also looking for Part-time drivers (2-3 days per week) Per Diem drivers who are ready to roll with a
24-36 hour notice.
Please note that for the Full-time positions this is not a local-only position, it is regional, and you will be out and
about for 3-5 days, and you will not be home every day/night.
Please be aware that there are no benefits offered at this time, however, there may be "on-time" incentives and
performance bonuses.
WE ARE ALSO LOOKING FOR PART TIME WEEKEND LOCAL DRIVERS.
Requirements:
2 years driving experience (Class-A) driving a tractor-trailer
Current/valid MVR with no DUIs, or recent at-fault accidents
Must be able to conduct pre/post-trip checks on the tractor
